	Checking
1	Check system arrow (A), adjust if necessary	Check if window or door is open.
2	Check adjustment of Bowden cable (1), adjust if necessary	The front locks (5) must be completely locked.
	Removing
3	Remove Vario roof front section paneling (2)
	Adjust
4	Loosen bolt (9) and slightly push eccentric (4) upward against stop and tighten bolt (9)	Do not press eccentric (4) too far upward. Otherwise the Vario roof front section (3) can be pressed up in this area and the adjustment changed.

5	Remove clip-type fastener (6) from front counterbearing (7), change position of Bowden cable (1) on front counter bearing (7) correspondingly and install clip-type fastener (6) on front counter bearing (7)	If the Bowden cable (1) is adjusted too loosely, it is necessary to adjust the position of the Bowden cable (1) in the front counterbearing (7) in direction of arrow (arrow B). Adjust in direction of arrow (arrow C) if Bowden cable (1) is adjusted too tightly.
6	Release front locks (5) with Vario roof actuation switch and lock
7	Check adjustment of Bowden cable (1), repeat if necessary	The front locks (5) must be completely locked.
	Install
8	Install Vario roof front section paneling (2)
