	Remove/install
1	Remove intake manifold (1)		AR09.20-P-1310RKB
2	Disconnect electrical connection for intake air temperature sensor (B17)
3	Disconnect electrical connection at pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (B28/6).
4	Disconnect electrical connection on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
5	Unclip electrical line (4) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
6	Unscrew screw/bolts (5) for charge air cooler (2) on intake manifold (1)	Bolt, charge air cooler to charge air distribution line	*BA09.41-P-1001-01O
7	Loosen clamp (6) for intake manifold (1) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
8	Remove charge air cooler (2) and throttle valve actuator (M16/6) from intake manifold (1)
9	Unclip electrical line (3) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
10	Remove screw/bolts (7) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)	Bolt, throttle valve actuator to charge air cooler	*BA09.41-P-1002-01O
11	Remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6) from charge air cooler (2)	Ensure correct seating of the seal (8) between throttle valve actuator (M16/6) and charge air cooler (2).
12	Remove seal (8)	Install new seal (8). Hook seal (8) onto charge air cooler (2).
13	Install in the reverse order
14	Read out and clear the fault memory using Star Diagnosis
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
