Remove/install circulation pump for low-temperature water circuit - AR09.41-P-6925RKC

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
DANGER Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

1 Drain coolant from low-temperature circuit   AR09.41-P-6834RKC 
NOTES Notes on coolant   AH20.00-N-2080-01A
2 Disconnect electrical connection (1) on charge air cooler circulation pump (M44)    
3 Loosen clamps (2, 3) at charge air cooler circulation pump (M44) and detach hoses    
4 Remove screw/bolts (4)    
5 Remove charge air cooler circulation pump (M44)    
6 Install in the reverse order    
7 Venting air from low-temperature circuit   AR20.00-P-1145H
INSPECT Check     
8 Check low-temperature circuit cooling system for leaktightness   AR09.41-P-1010RKC 
DANGER Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
9 Perform an engine test run; check cooling system low-temperature circuit for proper function
