	Remove/install
1	Read out variant coding of Active Body Control, control unit (N51/2) using diagnostic equipment	When replacing Active Body Control, control unit (N51/2)
		: Transfer the stored data to the new Active Body Control, control unit (N51/2).	AD00.00-P-2000-04B
2	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key
3	Move the front passenger seat into the rearmost position
4	Remove floor mat and fold back floor covering (1) in front passenger footwell
5	Unscrew nut (2) from step plate (3)
6	Fold down step plate (3)
7	Unscrew bolts (4), remove retaining frame (5) and place to one side
8	Disconnect electrical connectors (6) from Active Body Control, control unit (N51/2)
9	Remove Active Body Control, control unit (N51/2)
10	Install in the reverse order
11	Read out fault memory using diagnostic unit and clear, if necessary
