	Remove/install
1	Unfasten charge air cooler and place with attached lines to one side	Model 463 with engine 279	AR09.41-P-6817MUD
		Model 217 with engine 279 Model 222 with engine 277, 279	AR09.41-P-6817MUB
2	Remove charge air pipe downstream of charge air cooler		AR09.41-P-1311MUB
3	Remove bolt (3)	Screw/bolt, cable duct to charge air distributor	*BA15.18-P-1001-01D
4	Disconnect electrical connection (4)
5	Lift cable duct (6) and expose electrical line (5)	Do not lift cable duct (6) too high. The cable duct (6) will get damaged otherwise.
6	Remove screw/bolts (7) from throttle valve actuator (M16/6)	Screw/bolt, throttle valve actuator to charge air distributor	*BA30.20-P-1001-01D
7	Remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6)	Replace seal.
8	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
9	Carry out an engine test run, checking the engine for proper operation and leaktightness
