	Removal/Install
1	Remove charge air distributor (1)		AR09.41-P-1310LFB
2	Disconnect electrical connections on charge air temperature sensor (B17/8) and pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (B28/6)
3	Disconnect electrical connection at throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
4	Unclip electrical line (4) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
5	Unscrew screw/bolts (5) for charge air cooler (2) on charge air distributor (1)	Bolt, charge air cooler to charge air distribution line	*BA09.41-P-1001-01O
6	Unfasten clamp (6) from charge air cooler (1) at throttle valve actuator (M16/6)	Ensure that seal is correctly seated. Seal damaged ↓ Replace seal
7	Detach charge air cooler (2) and throttle valve actuator (M16/6) on charge air distributor (1)
8	Unclip electrical line (3) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
9	Remove screws/bolts (7) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)	Bolt, throttle valve actuator to charge air cooler	*BA09.41-P-1002-01O
10	Detach throttle valve actuator (M16/6) from charge air cooler (2)
11	Remove seal (8) for throttle valve actuator (M166) on charge air cooler (2)	Install new seal (8). Ensure that seal (8) is seated properly.
12	Install in the reverse order
13	Read out fault memory using the diagnostic system and clear if necessary
			AD00.00-P-2000-04B
