| 4 | Disconnect electrical connectors (2, 3) | Model 217.3, 222 | |
| 5 | Fold bracket (4) backwards | Model 217.3, 222 | |
| 6.1 | Unscrew screws/bolts (7) and remove electric parking brake control unit (N128) | Model 217.3, 222 | |
| 6.2 | Unclip electric parking brake control unit (N128) in upward direction | Model 217.4 | |
| 7 | Disconnect electrical connection (6) | ||
| 8 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 9 | Perform initial startup of electric parking brake control unit (N128) | When replacing electric parking brake control unit (N128). | |
