With Code J0V (Pre-installation for Blind Spot Assist) 

The following steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be accomplished analogously on the right side of the vehicle.

1. Clean holder (2) and bumper (3) in cross-hatched area.

2. Position radar sensor (1) in holder (2) and guide into mounts (arrows A).
3. Swivel radar sensor (1) at top into holder (2).
4. Lock radar sensor (1) at top at holder (2) (arrow B).

5. Disconnect cable tie (4) and route electrical plug (6) to holder (2).
6. Remove cover cap (5) from electrical plug (6).
7. Connect electrical plug (6) with radar sensor (1).
8. Fasten extended length of electric line of electrical plug (6) to factory-installed electrical wiring harness using a cable tie.
