1. Mark separation point and cut (area A).

   Do not cut too deeply.

   Otherwise the components below can be damaged and weakened.

2. Expose spot welds on front vehicle floor (1) and cut out (areas B to K).

3. Heat front vehicle floor (1) in crosshatched areas.

   Crosshatched areas are bonded.

4. Remove damaged front vehicle floor (1).
5. Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in the cross-hatched inner C-pillar sidewall.
6. Remove shavings and drill chips.
