Inner Longitudinal Member Shell On Entry Preparation - Ar63.30-S-1164-02E

Model 447, 448 

1. Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in the cross-hatched inner C-pillar sidewall.

   Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

2. Remove shavings and drill chips.
3. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
