Inner Longitudinal Member Shell On Entry Installation - Ar63.30-S-1164-03E

Model 447, 448 

1. Apply sealant to longitudinal member inner shell (1).
2. Install soundproofing (2).
3. Apply sealant to soundproofing (2).

4. Install longitudinal member inner shell (1), fit and fix in place.
5. Bend over sheet metal lug (area A).
6. Longitudinal member inner shell (1) (areas B to D).
7. Longitudinal member inner shell (1) (areas E and F).
8. Grind inert gas spot welds down flat on contact surfaces.
9. Clean weld joints.
10. Remove shavings and drill chips.
11. Apply zinc dust paint to weld joints (areas E and F).
