Outer Rear Wheel Well Section Installation - Ar63.10-S-0660-04E
Model 447, 448
The following steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage.
- Install outer rear wheel well (1), fit and fix in place.
- Drill ø 6.5 mm rivet holes in outer rear wheel well (1) (areas A).
- Remove outer rear wheel well (1).
- Deburr rivet holes on both sides.
- Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.
- Install outer rear wheel well (1), fit and fix in place.
- Outer rear wheel well (1)
(areas B and C).
- Rivet outer rear wheel well (1) with ø 6.4x14 blind rivets (area D).
- Clean weld joints.
- Remove shavings and drill chips.
- Coat welding areas no longer accessible after installing side wall paneling with zinc dust paint.
