- Expose spot welds on new wheel well with longitudinal member (1) and cut out (areas A to C).
- Remove front kick panel front section (4) from new wheel well with longitudinal member (1).
- Drill holes for MAG welding on longitudinal member reinforcement (2) (area D).
- Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in crosshatched areas and around the holes (area D).
- Drill holes for MAG welding on front kick panel front section (4) (areas E and F).
- Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in crosshatched areas and around holes (areas E to I).
Grind mating surfaces around holes (area E) down to bare metal from inside.
- Drill holes for MAG welding on front kick panel rear section (3) (areas L to N).
- Grind mating surfaces around holes (areas L to N) down to bare metal.
- Drill holes for MAG welding on wheel well section with longitudinal member (5) (areas O to U).
- Grind mating surfaces on wheel well section with longitudinal member (5) around holes (areas O to U) down to bare metal.
Grind mating surfaces around holes (areas R, T and U) from inside down to bare metal.
- Drill holes for MAG welding on wheel well section with longitudinal member (5) (areas O to U).
- Grind mating surfaces on wheel well section with longitudinal member (5) around holes (areas V to Y) down to bare metal.
- Drill holes for MAG welding on wheel well section with longitudinal member (5) (areas Z, AA and AC).
- Grind mating surfaces on wheel well section with longitudinal member (5) down to bare metal in crosshatched areas and around holes (areas Z, AA and AC).
- Grind mating surfaces on wheel well section with longitudinal member (5) down to bare metal in crosshatched area.
- Remove shavings and drill chips.
- Grind mating surfaces on wheel well section with longitudinal member (5) down to bare metal in crosshatched area.
- Remove shavings.
- Drill holes for MAG welding in crossmember (6) (areas AD to AH).
- Grind down mating surfaces down to bare metal on crossmember (6) in crosshatched areas and around holes (areas AD to AH).
- Remove shavings and drill chips.
- Drill holes for MAG welding on mounting console (7) (area AI).
- Grind mating surfaces on mounting console (7) down to bare metal in crosshatched areas and around holes (area AI).
- Remove shavings and drill chips.
