Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

The welding device (01) can be used on both sides of the vehicle. For this purpose turn welding device (01) when using on opposite side of vehicle and transfer detachable parts.

1. Check on vehicle whether the sleeve with oval mount (05) or the sleeve with round mount (04) is required.

   For this purpose unscrew screw (17) with suspension strut installed.

2. Install sleeve with oval mount (04) or sleeve with round mount (05) with knurled nut (06) on welding device (01).
3. Lift vehicle with lifting platform.

   With suspension strut installed.

   Lift vehicle only until suspension strut is relieved.

4. Remove screws (17) .

   With suspension strut installed.

   Screw in bolts (17) after performing repair with removed welding device (01) and installed suspension strut.

5. Install welding device (01) and fasten with bolts (07).

   Additionally fasten with shims (09) and nuts (08) with removed suspension strut.

6. Install right angle (013) or left angle (011) and fasten with screw (010) to welding device (01).
7. Screw in the bolt (012).
8. Install boom (015) and fasten with screw (014) to welding device (01).
