For correct installation of the locating tool (4), order bolts (5) and nuts (6) once and separately.

The nuts (6) and bolts (5) can then be positioned on the locating devices (4).

• Bolt N 910105 012004 (2 each)
• Nut N 000000 008300 (2 each)

1. Drill holes with ø 4 mm bit on inner longitudinal member (1) at grain sizes (area A).
2. Drill holes with ø 12.5 mm bit on outer longitudinal member (2) at grain sizes (areas B and C).

   Drill holes in area B on outer longitudinal member (2) completely through holes in area A on inner longitudinal member (1).

3. Deburr holes (areas A to C).
4. Fit longitudinal member front section (3), install and fasten with locating tool (4).
5. Fasten locating tool (4) with bolts (5, 8) and nuts (6, 7) as shown.
6. Drill holes with ø 12.5 mm bit on inner longitudinal member (1) (areas D and E).

   Do not drill hole completely in area D.

   Otherwise the locating tool (4) can be damaged.

   Drill holes in areas D and E on inner longitudinal member (1) through holes in area C on outer longitudinal member (2). Completely drill hole in area E.

   Guides are present on the longitudinal member front section (3) to facilitate drilling.

7. Remove locating tool (4).
8. Completely drill hole with ø 12.5 mm on inner longitudinal member (1) (area D).

   Drill hole in area D on inner longitudinal member (1) through hole in area C on outer longitudinal member (2).

9. Remove longitudinal member front section (3).
10. Deburr holes (areas D and E).
11. Remove shavings and drill chips.

12. Apply primer at cut (area F) and around holes (areas G to J).
13. Fit longitudinal member front section (3), install and fasten with locating tool (4).
14. Fasten locating tool (4) with bolts (5, 8) and nuts (6, 7) as shown.
15. Install bolts (9) with washers (10).
16. Screw on nuts (11) .
17. Remove locating tool (4).
18. Install bolts (12) with washers (13).
19. Screw on nuts (14) .
