| 1 | Completely open panorama sliding roof | ||
| 2 | Switch off ignition | ||
| 3 | Unscrew bolts (2) | ||

| 4 | Unhook cover (1.1) from shackles (arrow A) | Ensure that shackles (arrows A) are seated correctly on panoramic roof frame. |

| 5 | Fold wind deflector (1) approx. 90° upward and remove from panoramic roof | ||
| Check | |||
| 6 | Check left and right pivot bearing (3) for damage | If a pivot bearing (3) is damaged. ↓ Lift shackle (arrow B) on damaged pivot bearing (3) with suitable screwdriver, push pivot bearing (3) toward rear, remove and replace with new pivot bearing (3) |

| 7 | Install in the reverse order | ||

| 8 | By opening and closing the panoramic sliding roof, check whether the wind deflector (1) is folded out and in correctly. |
