Immediately glue in panoramic roof (1) after applying adhesive.. Otherwise it may not be possible to maintain permissible processing and joining times.

Four persons are required to glue in panoramic roof (1).
- Four persons remove the panoramic roof (1) on the cup suction tools (2) from the assembly stands and lay the panoramic roof (1) with one side down on the roof railing or the roof rail.
- Two persons position themselves in the vehicle interior and support the panoramic roof (1) laid down on one side.
- The two persons outside the vehicle move the opposite side of the vehicle and take over the panoramic roof (1) at the corresponding cup suction tools (2), so that the person in the vehicle interior can release the panoramic roof (1).
- The persons inside the vehicle leave the vehicle and take over the panoramic roof (1) on the other side of the vehicle at the corresponding cup suction tools (2).
- Simultaneously lift panoramic roof (1) at all cup suction tools (2), align panoramic roof (1) at adhesive strips (3) as precisely as possible and then install in adhesive bead.
The panoramic roof (1) must be aligned at the adhesive strips (3) as precisely as possible before installation so that the position of the installed panoramic roof (1) needs only minimal correction if required.
If the panoramic roof (1) is moved too far, the adhesive bead is deformed excessively: This can later lea to leakage or the strength of the adhesive connection may be impaired.
- Immediately remove excessive adhesive after installing panoramic roof (1).
