Disassemble/Assemble Guide Rail For Panoramic Sliding Sunroof - AR77.21-S-0432-01E

Disassembling and assembling shown on left guide rail (1)
Disassemble
- Pull complete panoramic sliding roof mechanism toward front out of guide rail (1) until front setup bearing (2) can be removed.
Front guide (7) has been removed during removal of guide rail (1).
- Remove front setup bearing (2).
- Pull rear setup bearing (4) together with guide strip (3) and mounting rail (5) toward rear out of guide rail (1).
- Remove cable (6) from mounting rail (5).
- Remove rear setup bearing (4) from lever (3.1) on guide rail (3)
- Install rear setup bearing (4) on lever (3.1) of guide rail (3).
- Install rear setup bearing (4) together with guide strip (3) from rear on mounting rail (5).
- Install driver (6.1) of cable (6) on sliding bocks (5.1) of mounting rail (5).
- Install guide rail (3) together with mounting rail (5) and cable driver (6.1) from rear in rail (1) until rear setup bearing (4) makes contact with guide rail (1) (arrow A).
- Lift rear setup bearing (4) and push further toward front into guide rail (1) until driver (3.2) of front guide strip (3) sticks out of guide rail (1).
- Connect front setup bearing (2) to driver (3.2) of guide rail (3) (arrow B).
- Position slide shoes (arrows C) on mounting rail (5) in front setup bearing (2) as shown.
- Install assembled panoramic sliding door mechanism toward rear into guide rail (1) until front setup bearing (2) makes complete contact with guide rail (1) (arrow D).
- Move panoramic siding roof mechanisms to "Panoramic sliding roof closed" position by hand.
