Bottom Corner Pillar Reinforcement Partially Weld In - Ar64.30-S-5720-03E

1. Install bottom corner pillar reinforcement (1), fit and fix in place.
2. Bottom corner pillar reinforcement (1) (areas A to C).
3. Bottom corner pillar reinforcement (1) (area E).
4. Bottom corner pillar paneling (1) (area D).

   Inert gas weld in intervals and allow to cool down in between. Reduces heat distortion.

5. Grind inert gas weld down flat on contact surfaces.
6. Clean all weld joints.
7. Remove shavings and drill chips.
8. Apply zinc dust paint to weld joints.
