Route electric line of GPS antenna (2), as shown, in the instrument panel up to installation location of audio 40.
Do not kink the electric line of the GPS antenna (2) and ensure chafe-free routing.

This will prevent damage occurring.
Secure electric line of GPS antenna (2) section by section to factory-installed electrical wiring harness using cable ties.
The green contact socket (3) to electric line of GPS antenna (2) is connected when installing audio 40.
Install supplied rubber plugs for GPS antenna holder (1) in holes (arrows A) of instrument panel.
Install GPS antenna holder (1), as shown, in instrument panel with positive fit.
To do so, guide electric line of GPS antenna (2) through cutout (arrow B) of GPS antenna holder (1).
Put GPS antenna (2) on GPS antenna holder (1) as shown.
The GPS antenna (2) is secured via magnetic surface of GPS antenna holder (1).
