MODEL 166, 292 with CODE 468 (ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM)
MODEL 166 with CODE 468 (Active driving stability (stability))
- Perform any work on hydraulic components of the ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM at cleaned connection fittings and hose connections only. Do not allow dirt or machining residue (e.g. metal shavings, lint and so on) to enter the system through open connection fittings and hose connections.
- Ensure that sealing surfaces and connections are clean before assembly.
- Check the O-rings; install new ones if necessary and apply hydraulic fluid before assembly.
- The hydraulic lines and hoses must be attached to the connections free of tension and must be routed such that they do not rub against other components.
- Ensure absolute cleanliness when pouring in the hydraulic fluid. Minute dirt particles can cause damage to the ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM!
The funnel with filter must not be used with other service fluids. To prevent damage caused by dirt entering the ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM, keep the funnel with filter in a dust-proof container.
