| 5 | Loosen left charge air line on A/C compressor bracket | AR09.41-P-8620GQC | |
| 6 | Loosen clamps (7) and push hoses (6) downwards | ||
| 7 | Loosen clamp (5) | ||
| 8 | Detach coolant hoses on coolant connections (2) | ||
| 9 | Detach vent line (4) at charge air cooler (3) | ||
| 10 | Disconnect electrical line from charge air temperature sensor (B17/8) | ||
| 11 | Disconnect electrical line at pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (B28/6) | ||
| 12 | Unclip retaining clamp (1), pull charge air cooler (3) to the front and remove | ||
| 13 | Detach connection piece between throttle valve and charge air cooler (3) from charge air cooler (3) | When replacing the charge air cooler (3) | |
| 14 | Remove charge air temperature sensor (B178) | When replacing the charge air cooler (3) | |
| 15 | Remove pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (B28/6) | When replacing the charge air cooler (3) | |
