MODEL ALL (CAR) with CODE U67 (230 V socket in interior compartment)
MODEL ALL (CAR) with CODE U80 (115 V socket)
Overview
This document contains the following information:
- General
- Function requirement
- Operating principle
General
The DC/AC converter makes it possible to operate small electrical devices that have to be powered with an alternating voltage of 115 V or 230 V. The maximum available continuous electrical load is 150 W, also briefly permissible for 2 s is a load up to 300 W.
Function requirement
- Terminal 15 ON
Operating principle
A consumer that is connected to the socket is detected by a microswitch. The DC/AC converter converts the on-board electrical system direct voltage into alternating voltage and supplies power to the socket. An LED in the socket indicates the availability of the AC voltage.
If the energy management detects an undervoltage, the DC/AC converter is switched off and the power supply to the socket is interrupted.
