Remove/Install Xenon Bulb With Integrated Ignition Module - AR82.10-P-4636GQ

with CODE 615 (Bi-xenon headlamp unit with integrated curve illumination) with CODE 621 (Intelligent Light System (left-hand traffic)) with CODE 622 (Intelligent Light System (right-hand traffic)) 

Shown on xenon bulb, left side 

	Remove/install
	Risk of death  due to high voltage in xenon headlamps. Risk of explosion/risk of fire  caused by highly flammable materials in the vicinity of damaged xenon bulbs. Risk of injury  caused by UV light, hot components at xenon headlamps and glass splinters produced by bursting xenon bulbs. Risk of poisoning  caused by inhalation of mercury vapors and by toxic salts and mercury compounds being ingested or coming into contact with skin	Do not touch parts conducting high voltage. Persons with active electronic implants  (e.g. cardiac pacemakers) must never work on xenon headlamps. Switch off the entire lighting system. Wear insulated safety shoes, safety glasses and protective gloves. Remove highly inflammable materials from the hazard area. Ensure sufficient ventilation in the working area.	AS82.10-Z-0001-01A
1	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter or KEYLESS-GO stop/start button from the EZS control unit	Keyless-Go start/stop button only on vehicles with CODE 889 (Keyless-Go)
2	Lift vehicle on vehicle lift		AR00.60-P-1000GZ
3	Open service flap (1) in left or right front fender liner
4	Turn cap (2) of left or right front lamp unit counterclockwise and remove
5	Remove xenon bulb with integrated ignition module (E1e10) or (E2e10) from reflector	Do not touch the bulb with bare fingers, use an oil and grease-free, soft cloth. Otherwise the bulb will be damaged by overheating during operation. Turn xenon bulb with integrated ignition module (E1e10) or (E2e10) counterclockwise, then disconnect electrical connector (3).
6	Install in the reverse order
