MODEL 166 with CODE 234 (Blind Spot Monitoring) with CODE 237 (Active Blind Spot Assist)

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Switch off ignition    
2.1 Remove the fender liner in the left or right rear fender MODEL 166.0 with CODE 234 (Blind Spot Monitoring) with CODE 237 (Active Blind Spot Assist) AR88.10-P-1400GQ
2.2 Remove rear bumper MODEL 166.8 with CODE 234 (Blind Spot Monitoring) with CODE 237 (Active Blind Spot Assist) without CODE B16 (Tailpipe Trim) AR88.20-P-2200GQA
2.3 Remove exhaust tip from bumper MODEL 166.8 with CODE 234 (Blind Spot Monitoring) with CODE 237 (Active Blind Spot Assist) with CODE B16 (Tailpipe Trim)  
3 Detach electrical connection (1) from electrical connection (3) on rear bumper radar sensor (B29/4, B29/5, B29/6 or B29/7)    
4.1 Lift locking catch (2) and slide and remove rear bumper radar sensor (B29/4, B29/5, B29/6 or B29/7) in direction of travel from bracket MODEL 166.0 with CODE 234 (Blind Spot Monitoring) with CODE 237 (Active Blind Spot Assist)  
4.2 Lift up rear bumper radar sensor (B29/4, B29/5, B29/6 or B29/7) and move out of bracket on rear bumper MODEL 166.8 with CODE 234 (Blind Spot Monitoring) with CODE 237 (Active Blind Spot Assist)  
5 Install in the reverse order    
6 REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS Read out fault memory using the diagnostic system and delete   AD00.00-P-2000-04A
