Remove/Install Rear Axle Active Roll Stabilization Valve Block - AR32.34-P-5032GQC

	Risk of injury  to skin or eyes from hydraulic fluid spraying out under pressure. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing hydraulic fluid.	Depressurize hydraulic system completely before starting any work on it. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS00.00-Z-0013-01A
	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		AH00.00-N-0001-01A
	Notes on active roll stabilization		AH32.34-P-0001-01A
	Notes on repair work on suspension components		AH00.00-P-0100-01A
	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition and keep transmitter key at a location beyond transmitter range (at least 2 m)
2	Remove propeller shaft		AR41.10-P-0050GQ
3	Remove heat shield under fuel tank
4	Detach lines (1) from valve block (2)	While working on the rear axle, care must be taken to ensure that the surface of aluminum components do not get any scratches, cracks and notches. Otherwise the service life of the of the parts will be reduced.	AR32.00-P-0001-01A
		Screw/bolt, oil line to valve block on front axle/rear axle	*BA32.34-P-1008-01A
5	Seal lines and connection fittings using stop plugs	The lines and connection fittings must be sealed. Otherwise even minute dirt particles can lead to malfunctions and failure of the system. Record plug	Fig 1
6	Mark, release and disconnect electrical connections (3)
7	Unscrew bolts (2s) and remove valve block (2)	While working on the rear axle, care must be taken to ensure that the surface of aluminum components do not get any scratches, cracks and notches. Otherwise the service life of the of the parts will be reduced. Screw/bolt, valve support to rear axle	BA32.34-P-1006-01A
8	Detach bracket from valve block (2) and rear axle carrier	If necessary. Screw/bolt, bracket to rear axle valve block	*BA32.34-P-1004-01A
		Screw/bolt, bracket to rear axle valve support	*BA32.34-P-1005-01A
	Check
9	Check rubber bearing (2g) of valve block (2)	Check rubber bearing (2g) for wear, damage and correct seating, and replace if necessary.
10	Install in the reverse order
11	Fill and bleed ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM		AR32.34-P-0021GQ
