Remove/Install Front Axle Active Roll Stabilization Valve Block - AR32.34-P-5031GQC

	Risk of injury  to skin or eyes from hydraulic fluid spraying out under pressure. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing hydraulic fluid.	Depressurize hydraulic system completely before starting any work on it. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS00.00-Z-0013-01A
	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		AH00.00-N-0001-01A
	Notes on active roll stabilization		AH32.34-P-0001-01A
	Notes on repair work on suspension components		AH00.00-P-0100-01A
	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition and keep transmitter key at a location beyond transmitter range (at least 2 m)
2	Remove underfloor paneling concerned	Install underfloor paneling only after the leak test.	AR61.30-P-1001GQ
3	Detach lines (1) from valve block (2)	When working on the front-end assembly, be careful not to scratch, mark or notch the surfaces of aluminum parts. Otherwise the service life of the of the parts will be reduced.	AR32.00-P-0001-01A
		Screw/bolt, oil line to valve block on front axle/rear axle	*BA32.34-P-1008-01A
4	Seal lines and connection fittings using stop plugs	The lines and connection fittings must be sealed. Otherwise even minute dirt particles can lead to malfunctions and failure of the system. Record plug	Fig 1
5	Remove screws/bolts (2s) and lower valve block (2)	When working on the front-end assembly, be careful not to scratch, mark or notch the surfaces of aluminum parts. Otherwise the service life of the of the parts will be reduced. Screw/bolt, valve support to front axle	*BA32.34-P-1002-01A
6	Mark, release and disconnect electrical connections (3)
7	Remove valve block (2)
8	Detach bracket from valve block (2) and front axle carrier	If necessary. Screw/bolt, bracket to front axle valve block	*BA32.34-P-1001-01A
		Screw/bolt, mounting plate to front axle valve support	*BA32.34-P-1003-01A
	Check
9	Check all rubber bearing elements of valve block (2)	Check the rubber bearing elements for wear and damage and that they are seated correctly; replace if necessary.
10	Install in the reverse order
11	Fill and bleed ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM		AR32.34-P-0021GQ
