Remove/Install 12V Socket At Front Of Vehicle Interior - AR54.10-P-1003GQC

MODEL 292 

Shown on MODEL 292 with CODE 301 (Smoker's package) 

	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition and keep transmitter key at a location beyond transmitter range (at least 2 m)
2	Remove center console with electrical lines still connected until electrical connection of 12 V socket (1) is accessible	Carefully raise the center console toward the rear. Electrical connections or electrical lines can otherwise be damaged.	AR68.20-P-2000GQ
3	Disconnect electrical connection of 12 V socket (1)	The stowage compartment must be closed so that the electrical connection is accessible.
4	Remove cigarette lighter (2)	MODEL 292 with CODE 301 (Package SMOKER)
5	Pull out 12 V socket (1) using pliers (3)	Do not turn the 12 V socket (1). The studs of the pliers (3) must engage in the cutouts (arrows A) of the 12 V socket (1). Pliers	Fig 1
6	Install in the reverse order
