Remove Outer Rear Wheel Well - AR63.10-P-0660-01GQC

The following steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage.

1. Expose spot welds on outer rear wheel well (1) and cut out (areas A, B, C and D).
2. Expose spot welds on outer rear wheel well (1) and cut out (area E).

   Cut out weld spots through two sheet metal thicknesses (area E).

3. Remove damaged outer rear wheel well (1).
4. Sand down mating surfaces to bare metal in cross-hatched areas.

   Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

5. Remove shavings and drill chips with wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
6. Coat insides of spot welding flanges with zinc dust paint.
