Install Outer Rear Wheel Well - AR63.10-P-0670-06GQC

MODEL 292 

The following steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage.

1. Fit outer rear wheel well (1) and fit.
2. Fit C-pillar and D-pillar side wall and fix in place.
3. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in outer rear wheel well (1) (area F).
4. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in outer rear wheel well (1) (area G).
5. Remove outer C-pillar and D-pillar side wall and outer rear wheel well (1).
6. Deburr rivet holes on both sides.
7. Remove drilling shavings with wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
8. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.
9. Install outer rear wheel well (1), fit and fix in place.
10. Rivet outer rear wheel well (1) with Ø 6, 5 12, 5 blind rivets (area H).
11. Rivet outer rear wheel well (1) Ø 6.5 X 12.5 blind rivets (area I).
12. Outer rear wheel well (1) (areas J, K and L).
13. Clean weld joints.
14. Remove shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
