Remove/Install Panoramic Roof Wind Deflector - AR77.21-P-0100GQC

MODEL 292 with CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) 

	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
	Remove/install
1	Detach seal (2) in area of cover (4) on panoramic sliding roof frame
2	Unlock catch hook (arrows A) on cover (4) with suitable tool (arrow C) and simultaneously unclip cover (4) from catch hook (arrow A) upward with extraction hook (3) (arrow C)	Carefully unclip cover (4). Otherwise the catch hooks (arrows A) can break off of the cover (4). Do not support tool on headliner or wind deflector (1). Otherwise the headliner or the wind deflector (1) can be damaged. Ensure that cover (4) is seated correctly in headliner. Extraction hook	Fig 2
3	Remove electrical wiring harness from retaining clips (8)
4	Remove cover (4)
5	Unclip wind deflector frame (5) on catch hooks (10) from panoramic sliding roof frame
6	Carefully lift left and right lug (arrow B) with suitable tool and unclip wind deflector frame (5) from panoramic sliding roof frame toward rear
7	Fold up wind deflector (1)
8	Unclip wind deflector (1) from left and right wind deflector bearing (6) (arrow D) and remove
9	Lift left and right wind deflector (6) in front area with clip remover (12), push toward front and remove	Clip remover	Fig 1
10	Install in the reverse order
	Initial startup
11	Connect diagnostic system		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
12	Normalize panoramic roof		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
13	Perform teach-in run for automatic reserving function of panoramic sliding roof		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
