Disconnection of connection fittings

Clean connection fittings and surrounding area.
Mark connection fittings on line and component.
If more than one screwed-on line is detached.
1. 3.1 With screwed-on connection fittings.
  Unscrew screw/bolt (1) at threaded connection fitting and disconnect line.
2. 3.2 With plugged-in connection fittings.
  Disconnect plugged-in connection fittings using detaching tool or detaching tool.
3. 3.3 With hose connections with clamp.
  Detach clamp from hose connections and disconnect hose.
Collect escaping hydraulic fluid and seal connection fittings immediately using stop plugs.

Connection of connection fittings
Remove stop plugs from connection fittings.
1. 6.1 With screwed-on connection fittings.
  With screwed-on and plugged-in connection fittings, check that O-ring is in good condition, undamaged and seated correctly; replace if necessary and apply hydraulic fluid.
2. 6.2 With hose connections with clamp.
  With hose connections, check that hose and clamp are in good condition and undamaged; replace if necessary.
1. 7.1 With screwed-on connection fittings.
  With screwed-on connection fittings, insert connection fittings and tighten screw/bolt (1) with Model 166 with engine 276 with code 468 (ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM)

2. 7.2 With plugged-in connection fittings.
  With plugged-in connection fittings, insert connection fitting until it engages.
3. 7.3 With hose connections with clamp.
  With hose connections, attach hose and mount clamp.
