1	Remove AIRMATIC compressor unit (A9/1)	Model 164, 166, 292 with code 489 (AIRMATIC)	AR32.22-P-2001GZ
		Model 219.3 with code 489 (AIRMATIC)	AR32.22-P-2001TX
2	Remove bracket for compressor	Model 219.3 with code 489 (AIRMATIC)	AR32.22-P-2009TX
	Measure
3	Using vernier caliper, measure thread diameter of a threaded rod (1) at bracket (2) for AIRMATIC compressor unit (A91)	Replace the bracket (2) with thread M5.
4	Push stop buffer (3a) out of eyelet on AIRMATIC compressor unit (A9/1)	Always replace the stop buffer (3a) and attaching parts of the AIRMATIC compressor unit (A9/1). Otherwise knocking and thumping noises can occur if the stop buffers (3a) and attaching parts are reused.
	Install
5	Insert stop buffer (3a) into eyelet on AIRMATIC compressor unit (A9/1)	The raised section of the stop buffer (3a) must face downwards. The groove of the stop buffer (3a) must engage all round its circumference into the eyelet on the AIRMATIC compressor unit (A9/1).
6	Fit shim (3b) onto stop buffer (3a)
7	Slide stop buffer (3c) onto protective sleeve (3d)	The outer lip of the stop buffer (3c) must enclose the washer of the protective sleeve (3d) around its total circumference (arrow).
8	Mount push spring (3e) onto protective sleeve (3d)	The push spring (3e) is centered by a demolding on the stop buffer (3c).
9	Install bracket for compressor	Model 219.3 with code 489 (AIRMATIC)	AR32.22-P-2009TX
10	Install AIRMATIC compressor unit (A9/1)	Model 164, 166, 292 with code 489 (AIRMATIC)	AR32.22-P-2001GZ
