Remove/Install Flywheel/Drive Plate - AR03.30-P-8001GQ

ENGINE 276 in MODEL 166, 251, 292

	Remove/install
1	Remove transmission with torque converter	Transmission 722.9 in model 166, 292 with engine 276	AR27.10-P-0500GQ
2	Install retaining lock for crankshaft/starter ring gear		AR03.30-P-5000GQ
3	Remove screw/bolts (1a) from drive plate (1)		AR03.30-P-8001-02MM
		Do not use any impact wrench/driver or compressed air tool to screw the screw/bolts (1a) in and out. The thread in the crankshaft flange can get damaged otherwise. Replace screw/bolts (1a).
		Bolt, starter ring gear/drive plate to crankshaft	*BA03.30-P-1002-01M
4	Remove drive plate (1) from crankshaft flange	The cylinder pin (2) determines the installation position of drive plate (1).
	Check
5	Check threaded union (3) in drive plate (1)	In case of damaged or loose threaded unions (3), drive plate (1) must be replaced.
6	Install in the reverse order
7	Carry out default initialization and then sensor rotor adaptation using STAR DIAGNOSIS	Only when replacing
