1. Turn front part of tensioning device (1) anti-clockwise (arrow) against the force of the spring.

   Shown on engine 646.9 

2. Insert pin (2) (shop-made tool) through the holes positioned one above the other into the front part of the clamping device (1) and housing (3) in order to lock tensioner pulley (4) in this position.
