Remove

Required special tools:

Hollow piston cylinder (07) 001 589 51 33 00
Hydraulic hose (023) 652 589 00 33 23
Hand pump (021) 652 589 00 33 21

The following tools are required from the extraction and insertion tool 204 589 01 43 00:

Thrust piece (01) 204 589 01 43 01
Thrust piece (03) 204 589 01 43 03
Spindle (04) 204 589 01 43 04

The following tool is required from the extraction and insertion tool 221 589 01 43 00:

Counterholder (02) 221 589 01 43 02

Mount hollow-piston cylinder (07) with hydraulic hose (023) to hand pump (021).
Position spindle (04), thrust piece (03), SI
hollow piston cylinder (07), counterholder (02) and thrust piece (01) onto bearing bracket (6) and elastomer bearing (10).
Press elastomer bearing (10) out of bearing bracket (6).
If hollow piston cylinder (07) has reached its maximum stroke please pressure at hand pump (021) and screw spindle (04) further into thrust piece (01), and then repeat the press-out procedure.

Install

Required special tools:
- Hollow piston cylinder (07) 001 589 51 33 00
- Hydraulic hose (023) 652 589 00 33 23
- Hand pump (021) 652 589 00 33 21
The following tools are required from the extraction and insertion tool 204 589 01 43 00:
- Thrust piece (03) 204 589 01 43 03
- Spindle (04) 204 589 01 43 04
- End stop (06) 204 589 01 43 06
The following tool is required from the extraction and insertion tool 221 589 01 43 00:
- Thrust piece (05) 221 589 01 43 05
Position spindle (04), thrust piece (03), hollow piston cylinder (07), thrust piece (05), elastomer bearing (10) and end stop (06) on bearing bracket (6).
Press elastomer bearing (10) into bearing bracket (6).
If the hollow-piston cylinder (07) has reached its maximum stroke, release the pressure at the hand pump (021) and screw spindle (04) further into the W end stop (06), and then repeat the press-in procedure. The shape of the end stop (06) determines the end position of the elastomer bearing (10) in the bearing bracket (6).
Remove special tools.
