Remove/install/replace heater circulation pump - AR83.25-P-1170NKA

	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A

	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key
2	Open engine hood
3	Release pressure in cooling system	Carefully open cap on expansion reservoir and then close again.
4	Release and disconnect electrical connection (1)
5	Remove coolant circulation pump (M13/5) with bracket (5) upwards
6	Clamp off heater hoses (2, 3) with pinch-off pliers
7	Release clamps (4) from heater hoses (2, 3) and retract	Check clamps (4) and replace if necessary.

8	Disconnect heater hoses (2, 3) from coolant circulation pump (M13/5)	Collect escaping coolant.
9	Remove coolant circulation pump (M13/5) from bracket (5)
10	Install in the reverse order

12	Check area of coolant circulation pump (M13/5) for leaks	Perform visual inspection.
