	Remove/install
1	Remove left and right side window (2)		AR72.10-P-1900NKB
2	Disconnect battery ground line		AR54.10-P-0003NKB
3	Remove outside door handle	With CODE 889 (KEYLESS-GO) Disconnect electrical connector in door handle.
4	Take off gaskets (3)
5	Loosen bolts (4), push bearing bracket (5) toward front and unhook
6	Disconnect electrical connectors (6) from left front door control unit (N691) or right front door control unit (N692)	The number of electrical connectors (6) differs depending on the vehicle equipment.
7	Remove bolts (7)	Bolt, lock to front door	*BA72.10-P-1005-01L
8	Drill out rivet heads on rivets (8)
	000 588 02 39 00 Rivet press tool		WS60.00-P-0010B
		Use Ø 7 mm bit. Fasten door module (1) with rivets (8) to front door (9).
9	Loosen door module (1) from front door (9) and remove	Mounting wedge	Figure
10	Drill out rivet residues (10) at top left and top right	Model 156 Not accessible with knock-out tool. Use Ø 7 mm bit.
11	Press out any pieces of rivets remaining (10) in the inner door panel	Removal tool	Fig 4
12	Completely remove rivet residues (10) and drilling chips from front door (9)	Completely remove rivet residues (10). Otherwise remaining rivet residues (10) can cause corrosion damage on front door (9).
13	Install in the reverse order
