Remove/Install Washer Fluid Reservoir Of Windshield Washer System - AR82.35-P-6000GZ

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove front bumper MODEL 164 AR88.20-P-2000GZ
MODEL 166 (except 166.074)
MODEL 166 (except 166.874) AR88.20-P-2000GQ
2 Open engine hood MODEL 166.074/874 AR88.40-P-1000GQ
3 Remove rear section of fender liner in right front fender MODEL 166.074/874 AR88.10-P-1300GQ
4 Unscrew screws/bolts (4) and remove washer fluid reservoir (2) IMPORTANT MODEL 166.074/874
Unhook washer fluid reservoir (2) from upper longitudinal member and remove.
IMPORTANT MODEL 166 (except 166.074)
MODEL 166 (except 166.874)
Pull washer fluid reservoir (2) out of wheel well and remove.
IMPORTANT MODEL 166
Installation:  Insert pin (3) of washer fluid reservoir (2) into upper longitudinal member and wheel well.
 
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, washer fluid reservoir to front end assembly *BA82.35-P-1001-01B 
5 Remove filler neck (5) MODEL 164, 166.874  
6 Unclip electrical lines and washer fluid hoses from washer fluid reservoir (2) INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure that electrical lines and washer fluid hoses are routed correctly. If necessary, replace cable ties.  
7 Release and disconnect electrical connection from pump (M5/1) and switch (S42)    
8 Release and disconnect electrical connection of pump (M5/2) and detach washer fluid hose MODEL 164, 166
with CODE 600 (Headlamp cleaning system)
INSTALLATION NOTES
Ensure that washer fluid hoses are correctly engaged.
Leaks are prevented in this way.
IMPORTANT Collect washer fluid which flows out.
 
9 Release and disconnect electrical connection of spray nozzle hose heater (R2/11) and detach washer fluid hoses from heat exchanger MODEL 166
with CODE 875 (Heated windscreen washer system)
IMPORTANT Collect washer fluid which flows out.
 
10 Detach washer fluid hoses from pump (M5/1) INSTALLATION NOTES
Ensure that washer fluid hoses are correctly engaged.
Leaks are prevented in this way.
IMPORTANT Collect washer fluid which flows out.
 
11 Remove washer fluid reservoir (2) downwards    
12 Install in the reverse order    
13 Fill up washer fluid reservoir (2)    
REFER TO MAINTENANCE AP82.35-P-8210GZ 
14 Perform function check of windshield washer system and headlamp cleaning system
