Fill and bleed active roll stabilization - AR32.34-P-0021GQ
MODEL 166 with CODE 468 (ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM)
MODIFICATION NOTES
| 8.12.14 | Purging method completely changed | Operation steps 1 to 14 |
| Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. | Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. | AS00.00-Z-0005-01A | |
| Risk of injury to skin or eyes from hydraulic fluid spraying out under pressure. Risk of poisoning from swallowing hydraulic fluid. | Depressurize hydraulic system completely before starting any work on it. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. | AS00.00-Z-0013-01A | |

Stop the engine immediately as soon as the hydraulic pump has drawn in oil, and the pressure displayed on the pressure pump's pressure gauge drops. The ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM could otherwise be damaged. A sufficient quantity of oil must be present in the expansion reservoir (2) throughout the entire procedure. Otherwise, the ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM may be damaged. If lots of bubbles are present in the expansion reservoir (2). Stop bleed routine and continue with activity from operation step 5 onwards. |
