Remove/install wiper motor - AR82.30-P-6800GW

	Remove/install
	Risk of injury caused by moving parts that can pinch, crush or, in extreme cases even sever extremities.	Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism.	AS82.30-Z-0001-01A
1	Detach ground line from battery		AR54.10-P-0003GW
	Notes on battery		AH54.10-P-0001-01A
2	Remove cover below left of instrument panel		AR68.10-P-1500GW
3	Pry wiper linkage (1) off wiper crank (2)	In the process, do not bend wiper linkage (1) or twist it into itself. This prevents damage occurring.
	Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury  caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes.	Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.	AS42.50-Z-0001-01A
4	Unscrew nut (3) and remove expansion reservoir (4) from bracket (6) and place to one side in a vertical position	Brake fluid must not escape. Brake fluid running out leads to damage caused by corrosion and decomposition.
5	Unscrew nut (5)
6	Press bracket (6) forward with attached lines and secure with cable tie
7	Remove wiper motor cap (7) from wiper motor (M6/1)
8	Disconnect electrical connector (8)
9	Remove screws/bolts (9) and remove wiper motor (M6/1)		*BA82.30-P-1001-01B
10	Install in the reverse order	Before attaching wiper arms, switch wiper system on and off again one time. Switch off ignition only after wiper motor has stopped.
11	Read out and erase the fault memory using Star Diagnosis		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
	Checking
12	Check wiper blade park position	In the park position the wiper blades should not obstruct the driver's field of view.
13	Carry out function check
