Remove/install engine oil cooler - AR18.30-P-1000GW

MODEL 463 with ENGINE 157, 279 Wheel arch on the left

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Lift/jack up vehicle   AR00.60-P-1000G
2 Remove underride guard IMPORTANT Helper required.  
3 Remove front bumper   AR88.20-P-2000GW
4 Detach oil cooling lines (2) at engine oil cooler (1)   AR09.41-P-1311-01AL
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Check seals for damage; replace if necessary.
IMPORTANT Seal openings using stop plugs.

6 Unscrew nuts (5) and remove engine oil cooler (1) with retaining frame (4) TORQUE SPECIFICATION Engine 279 in model 463

7 Remove radiator trim (6) Only when replacing the engine oil cooler (1).  
8 Remove bracket (7) Only when replacing the engine oil cooler (1).  
9 Remove screw/bolts (8) and detach retaining frame (4) Only when replacing the engine oil cooler (1).  
INSPECT Check     
10 Check rubber grommets (9) for damage; replace if necessary    
11 Install in the reverse order    
12 Check engine oil level and correct    
DANGER Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
13 Carry out engine test run and check engine for leaktightness while it is running
