1.1	Remove engine with front axle carrier	Model 217 with engine 279 Model 222 with engine 277, 279
			AR01.10-P-2500MUB
1.2	Remove engine and transmission	Model 463 with engine 279
			AR01.10-P-2401MUD
2	Remove engine from front axle carrier	Model 217 with engine 279 Model 222 with engine 277, 279	AR01.10-P-2510MUB
3	Mount engine onto assembly stand
4	Remove charge air pipe on the left or right		AR09.41-P-1311MUB
5	Remove air pump		AR14.30-P-7251MUB
6	Remove screw/bolts (4, 5) or screw/bolts (26, 27) and remove support (2) or support (25)	Bolt, support for turbocharger to turbocharger	*BA09.40-P-1008-01V
		Bolt, turbocharger support brace to crankcase	*BA09.40-P-1009-01V
7	Remove engine support on the left or right	Model 463 with engine 279	AR22.10-P-4320MUD
		Model 217 with engine 279 Model 222 with engine 277, 279	AR22.10-P-1200MUB
8	Remove coolant lines (28, 35) on the left or coolant lines (6, 21) on the right		AR20.20-P-7440MUB
		Replace O-rings.
9	Remove oil lines (17, 33) on the left or oil lines (9, 19) on the right		AR18.30-P-6850MUB
		Replace O-rings.
10	Remove heat shield (44) on the left or right
11	Remove screw/bolt (46) and place refrigerant line (45) to one side	When removing the left ATL (24)
		Screw/bolt, refrigerant line to A/C compressor	*BA83.55-P-1002-01ZA
12	Remove screw/bolt (48) and detach bracket (47)	When removing the left ATL (24)
		Bolt, bracket for vacuum line to turbocharger	*BA09.40-P-1010-01V
13	Detach vacuum lines (49)	Check condition of vacuum lines (49) and hose clamps; replace if necessary.
14	Remove screw/bolts (51) and detach bracket (50)	When removing the left ATL (24)
		Model 463 with engine 279 Bolt, bracket for front hydraulic pump to cylinder head/crankcase/hydraulic pump/timing case	*BA32.00-P-1001-01E
		Model 217 with engine 279 Model 222 with engine 277, 279 Bolt, front hydraulic pump bracket to cylinder head	*BA32.00-P-1001-01D
15	Mount assembly tool (54) on left ATL (24) or on right ATL (3)	The ATL (3, 24) and exhaust manifold are a unit and must not be disassembled. Leaks can occur otherwise.

17	Remove right ATL (3) or left ATL (24) with exhaust manifold	Replace seal.
18	Install in the reverse order
