| 3 | Disconnect electrical connector from charge air cooler circulation pump (M44) | ||
| 4 | Clamp off coolant hoses (5, 6) on charge air cooler circulation pump (M44) | Fig 2 | |

| 5 | Remove coolant hoses (5, 6) on the charge air cooler circulation pump (M44) | ||
| 6 | Unscrew nuts and remove bracket (4) | ||
| 7 | Remove circulation pump for charge air cooler (M44) | ||
| 8 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 9 | Pour in coolant | AR20.00-P-1142GW | |
| 10 | Inspect cooling system for leaks | AR20.00-P-1010GW | |
