Remove/Install Wheel Bearing - AR35.20-P-0302GL

Model 461 with rear axle 741.1/5/6, 742.6 

Model 463 (except 463.234/255/274) with rear axle 741.1/5, 742.6 

up to model year 2013

	Remove
1	Remove wheel hub (9)		AR35.20-P-0310GL
2	Remove radial shaft sealing ring (5) of the inner wheel bearing (6)
3	Remove inner wheel bearing (6) and outer wheel bearing (11)
4	Remove bearing outer race of the outer wheel bearing (10) from the wheel hub (9) using a suitable, commercially available puller	Puller for bearings from 56 mm to 110 mm
5	Remove bearing outer race of the inner wheel bearing (7) from the wheel hub (9) using a suitable, commercially available puller	Puller for bearings from 56 mm to 110 mm
	Install
6	Use a suitable drift punch to drive the outside wheel bearing's outer race (10) into place
7	Use a suitable drift punch to drive the inside wheel bearing's outer race (7) into place
8	Grease the inner wheel bearing (6) thoroughly before installation	MB multipurpose grease, 5 kg	*BR00.45-Z-1034-06A
9	Install inside wheel bearing (6)
10	Drive the new radial shaft sealing ring (5) in using a suitable drift	The radial shaft sealing ring (5) should be flush with the wheel hub (9) (recessed by max.3 mm).
11	Fill the space between the dust guard and sealing lip with multipurpose grease	MB multipurpose grease, 5 kg	*BR00.45-Z-1034-06A
12	Grease the outer wheel bearing (11) thoroughly before installation	MB multipurpose grease, 5 kg	*BR00.45-Z-1034-06A
13	Install outer wheel bearing (11)
14	Install wheel hub (9)		AR35.20-P-0310GL
