Remove/Install Differential Lock - AR35.40-P-9255GW

MODEL 463 as of model year 2013/facelift 2012

	Remove/install
1	Remove shift cylinder for differential lock (1)	Do not detach hydraulic line.	AR35.40-P-9131GW
2	Remove differential assembly (4)		AR35.30-P-0432GW
3	Pull locking claw (5) with gearshift tube (6) slightly out of the axle tube (2)	Slide gearshift tube (6) into the axle tube (2) until the bore in the gearshift tube (6) is visible in the shift cylinder opening of the axle tube (2).
4	Detach locking dog (5) from gearshift tube (6) and remove
5	Pull gearshift tube (6) out of axle tube (2)
6	Remove polyamide rings (3) from gearshift tube (6)	Smear outer contact surface of the polyamide rings (3) with grease.

	Clean
7	Clean parts	Cold degreasing agent/cold cleaning solvent HAKU 1025-920	*BR00.45-Z-1051-04A
	Checking
8	Check all parts for damage and wear and replace if necessary
9	Install in the reverse order
