	Remove
1	Remove differential assembly.		AR35.30-P-0432GG
	Disassemble
2	Remove tapered roller bearing (2) on ring gear side (1)	Puller	Fig 2
3	Detach ring gear (1) from differential housing (3)
4	Detach tapered roller bearings (12) on the differential housing cover (10)	Puller	Fig 2
5	Remove differential housing cover (10) from differential housing (3)	Mark cover position relative to the differential housing (3).
6	Remove differential side gear (4) and pressure plate (9)
7	Take out differential spider (5) with differential pinions (6) and spherical washers (7)	Mark spherical washers (7), differential pinions (6) and differential cross (5) relative to one another and to the differential housing (3).
8	Remove second differential side gear (4) with pressure plate (9)
	Check
9	Clean all parts, check and replace if necessary
	Assemble
10	Insert differential side gear (4) with pressure plate (9)	The groove on the pressure plate (9) must point towards the differential side gear (4).
11	Assemble differential pinions (6) with spherical washers (7) on differential spider (5)	Before removing, note applied marking.
12	Insert differential spider (5) and mount second differential side gear (4) with pressure plate (9) on the differential spider (5)
13	Install differential housing cover (10) on differential housing (3)	Before removing, note applied marking.
		Bolt, cover to differential Bolt securing cover to differential	*BA35.30-P-1003-01C
14	Check friction torque of differential and adjust if necessary		AR35.30-P-4815-05F
		Friction torque of complete differential with differential lock Friction torque of complete differential with differential lock	*BE35.30-P-1001-03A

15	Press tapered roller bearings (12) onto differential housing cover (10)	The tapered roller bearing (12) must abut the differential housing cover (10). Before pressing on, heat up the tapered roller bearing (12) to approx. 80°C.

16	Press on the tapered roller bearing (2) on the ring gear (1) side	The tapered roller bearing (2) must abut the differential housing (3). Before pressing on, heat up the tapered roller bearing (2) to approx. 80°C.

17	Attach ring gear (1) to differential housing (3)	Bolt, ring gear to differential Bolt, ring gear to differential	*BA35.30-P-1002-05A
	Install
18	Install differential assembly		AR35.30-P-0432GG
		Install thinner shim on the ring gear side so that the gear backlash is achieved in each case.
