Remove
- Area around stop plug (3) assembly cleaner.
- Remove stop plug (3).
The stop plug (3) replaces the oil filler screw.
Check
- Check and correct oil level.
If the oil level is correct, the hypoid gear oil reaches up to the lower edge of the threaded hole.
If the oil level is too low,

fill hypoid gear oil using
hand pump until hypoid gear oil reaches lower edge of opening of stop plug (3).
Install
- Clean opening of stop plug (3) in cap (5) using Loctite cleaning spray 7063 until grease-free.
- Insert stop plug (3).
Replace stop plug (3).
