WARNING Risk of injury  on skin and eyes by scalding with splashing out of the hot coolant.Risk of poisoning  by swallowing coolant Open the cooling system only at coolant temperatures below 90 ° C. Slowly open the lid and release the excess pressure. Do not pour cool liquid into drinking containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and protective goggles. AS20.00-Z-0001-01A

  Drain     
1 Remove the cap from the expansion tank for the low-temperature circuit.   AR09.41-P-0001XGC 
2 Loosen the front part of the inner fender in the right front fender.   AR88.10-P-1300XG
3 Remove the lower engine compartment panels.   AR61.20-P-1105XG
4 Dismantle the coolant hose (14) on the additional cooler low-temperature circuit and drain the coolant into a suitable container.   AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
5 Dismantle coolant hoses (5) on circulation pump 1 low-temperature circuit (M43/6) and drain the coolant into a suitable container.   AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
6 Attach coolant hoses (5) to circulation pump 1 low-temperature circuit (M43/6).   AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
7 Attach the coolant hose (14) to the additional cooler low temperature circuit.   AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
8 Fasten the front part of the inner fender in the right front fender.   AR88.10-P-1300XG
  Filling     
9 Fill with clean coolant and bleed the engine cooling system in the low-temperature circuit.   AR20.00-P-1142-04A

INSPECT Check     
10 Check the low-temperature circuit for leaks.   AR09.41-P-1011XGA 
11 Fit the sealing cap on the expansion tank for the low-temperature circuit.   AR09.41-P-0001XGC 
12 Install the lower engine compartment panels.   AR61.20-P-1105XG
13 Install the upper engine cover.   AR01.10-P-2405XGC
