Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant | Open the cooling system only at coolant temperatures below 90 ° C. Slowly open the lid and release the excess pressure. | 1 | Remove right air filter housing. | AR09.10-P-1152XGC | |
| 2 | Unscrew cap (122) of expansion reservoir (120). | ||
| 3 | Extract coolant from expansion reservoir (120). | Fig 2 | |
| 4 | Unlock and disconnect electrical plug connection (124). | ||
| 5 | Remove bleed line (121) at expansion reservoir (120) and seal openings with protective covers. | Fig 3 | |
| 6 | Remove expansion reservoir (120) from elastomer bearings in the direction of the arrow. | ||
| 7 | Remove coolant hose (125) at expansion reservoir (120) and seal openings with protective covers. | Fig 3 | |
| 8 | Remove the expansion reservoir (120) upwards. | ||
| 9 | Check elastomer bearings of expansion reservoir (120) for damage. | If there is a problem with the elastomer bearings, ↓ Replace elastomer bearings of the expansion reservoir (120). |

| 10 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
